Trading Division
The trading division of the Fund implements investment strategies focused on trading in highly rated instruments in arbitrage.
Our asset manager ensures that every aspect of investment is meticulously strategized and executed.
The Fund shall negotiate, on a case by case basis, with each prospective investor the customization of his liquid investments assuring the highest guarantee and yields available on the market.
Private prospective investors with fund capital of 10M€ and up can ask for private offer for investment that shall be customized on the investor requirements.
Our trading investments give maximum priority to safeguard and guarantee the capital and investments are made in a "financial context" similar to monetary low risk investment ("investment grade" or better).
Investment proceeds are routinely expected higher than what available on the financial market.
Specific customized offers upon investor requests.
Placement Agents are welcome to provide onboarding services on the Fund for private and/or institutional investors with a possible long-term commitment agreement.
Energy FV Plants Division
ARX [ZeroPoint] Fund invests also in new Energy Solar Photovoltaic Plants managing directly both the industrial development and the financial area.
The investment are made mainly in Italy due to the special situation of high solar radiation and appropriate legislative environment that guarantees the sale of electricity produced by plants for long periods (up to 25 years).
The Fund’s particular business model for this energy Fund compartment, provides a special Option for the purchase/redemption of one or more solar plants at the time they are turnkey in favour of the investor who can exercise the option to acquire 100% of the shares of the SPV that owns the plants making the energy sector of Fund extremely attractive for investors committed and oriented to maintain control and ownership of the industrial part for long-term corporate exploitation of facilities.
In addition, the financial strategy of this sector foresees that several sources of income operating simultaneously can bring constant returns from the beginning of the investment without having to wait for the long periods necessary for the development and installation of plants combining appropriately the proceeds from the financial management of revenue, the sale of energy yields and the sale/repayment of plant proceeds.

Carbon Credit Program Division
The Fund invests in Carbon Credit certificates which are among the fastest growing and most valuable commodities globally.
Carbon credits are tradable certificates that represent one metric ton of CO₂ (or equivalent greenhouse gases) removed or avoided from the atmosphere.
Our special Carbon Credit Program enables consistently high returns that are not linked to any other financial market.
The Fund expolits a special opportunity very similar to an "arbitrage" on each offsetting transaction to guarantee consistently high returns.
